Very homely and comfortable.
Had trouble locating the property using the GPS as it was not pointing to the correct GPS.
Had trouble opening the gate. The registered number did not work, and the alternative solution to opening the boom gate, did not work. The mobile phone provided by the home (to open the gate) was not registered to open the gate, and there were no chargers provided for the phone.
However, booking.com were quick to respond, and provide a solution within 24 hours. And the second day onwards was nice and comfortable.

Nice facilities for 10 people regarding beds and bedrooms. The hot tub is very nice for a large group.
The gate at the entrance did not work and there was no key in the specified box at the entrance - a bit frustrating to start with. The hot tub was also set at boiling temperature, which in it self was dangerous. All that was fixed in the end, with a promised 20% refund for all the trouble - a thing we still have not seen over 2 months later. We found it also strange to rent out a house for 10 people, with 9 dining room chairs, 4 wine glasses and 3 coffee cups, a fire place not working and a broken door from the bathroom to the hot tub. This house needs a bit of TLC.

Husets var pænt og lækkert indrettet. Dejligt med Jacuzzi. Gode senge. Flot udsigt.
Der var kun 1 toilet og bad til 9 personer. Der var et godt soveværelse, 2 meget små soveværelser, også var resten af senege samlet i et stor værelse ovenpå. Det var ikke særligt hensigtsmæssigt.

Het is een mooi huis, modern en erg ruim. Het uitzicht is ook mooi. De hottub is fijn.
Gedoe bij aankomst en de hygiëne/staat van het huis.
Bij aankomst was de schoonmaakster nog bezig, of we een uur later terug willen komen. Er is niet echt een café ofzo in de buurt, dus 20 minuten rijden daarvoor. Na 1,5 uur weer bij het huis, was het nog steeds niet klaar, of we nog 20 minuten wilden wachten. Vervolgens ging de slagboom niet open waardoor veel gebel met telefonische assistent van booking.com (dus niet de eigenaar) in Amerika om de slagboom open te krijgen, wat niet lukte. Dus nu dure telefoon rekening en we moesten onze auto buiten de slagboom laten staan en alle bagage tillen. Gelukkig is dit probleem de volgende dag opgelost.
De foto's op de site zijn duidelijk bewerkt of een paar jaar geleden genomen. Er zijn veel dingen beschadigd zoals de vloer, badkamer deur, en keuken. Ook mist er vanalles. Op zich is dat niet erg, maar het is ook onhygiënisch, vaatwasser randen met aangekoekte eten, lades met vul, ramen met vingerafdrukken. Witte stoelen en bank die echt wel gebruikt zijn. De bedden waren prima en schoon en de hottub stond aan toen we aankwamen.
