It’s was bigger than we expected and the views were beautiful. The hot was clean and very easy to use. It had a well equipped kitchen and a great shower/bathroom.
It was a bit dusty but that is being very picky. Generally clean and tidy.

Stunning house with very nice architecture in the north area of Reykholt, then not affected by light pollution. Super comfortable beds and a lovely living room with huge windows and great view on the countryside. Perfect base for exploration of the area, activities and handy position even to reach farther places in the south, or Landmannalaugar and Kjolur. The hot tub makes it a memorable time after fantastic dinners with lovely atmosphere
I would just add a colander (we're italian...) and a microwave, but these are really a minor issue. When we tried to interact, we got reply by a remote handler. Sometimes a direct contact with owners is nicer, but not that we ever had issues.
