IMPORTANT: The apartment is located on the penthouse level (3rd floor) of a historic Victorian home. There is no elevator. Access is by stairs only.

Stays longer than 28 days require one monthly cleaning service ($100, paid by guest)

The apartment was lovely and the claw-foot bathtub a luxury. We enjoyed our stay. Our challenge was the location at the top of the hill. It was quite a climb. Had we better understood the location, we might have chosen a different rental. The host was very good and extremely helpful when our key code did not work.

This was a lovely place to stay while in Montreal. It was very clean and spacious with huge windows and a kitchen equipped with everything I needed.
