Three rooms offer magnificent oceanside views with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Accommodates 12 people with two spacious living rooms and balconies on each level. Host was fabulous to work with. Thank you, Tammie! Cleo is a jewell. Property is beautiful and very well kept. Kitchen has everything you need! Portable speakers and coolers were a bonus for our boat rides. Every VRBO should be like this!

The house was very nice and clean well equipped with most everything you need. The views were amazing. The hot tub was nice to have with the weather (very windy and a little cooler at times) Tammie was very quick to respond and very nice to deal with. Cleo cooked for us one night and it was very convenient and delicious

Absolute Perfection. We are so grateful for Tammie sharing her beautiful piece of Exumas paradise with us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and organized. Beds were comfortable. The private boat dock was a must-have. We spent our days kayaking across to the way on the crystal clear glass water, taking the boat out to stocking island, coming back to the house for sunsets and cocktails in the hot tub. Tammie provided so many recommendations and tips prior to the trip so we were well prepared. The house is very well built with high end finishes and furniture. We cannot wait to return!

Wish we could give them 10 stars. Never had such communication and help from a host before, as first timers to the exumas Tammy was invaluable to us and so responsive and helpful As far as the house goes, it was stunning ... so clean and well kept. But beyond that it was stocked to the max. So many things that we brought from home were not needed because they've thought of everything .... speakers, cooler bags, big ice cubes for our old fashions, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkels, plenty of plastic wrap, garbage bags, foil and all other kitchen things you hate to buy on vacation. Even a basket full of sunscreen and bug spray leftFrom other guests to use as well as unopened food left from other guests too. Truly cannot say enough good things about this property and its management ... we will be back!
