Marina House is a stunning home, situated on half an acre, overlooking the private marina. It's about 15 minutes south of Georgetown. Completed in late 2015 with beautiful Bahamian architectural elements, the home has 6 ensuite bedrooms, powder bath, private pool, a boat slip and is just steps from a gorgeous beach! In just minutes you can cruise through Moriah Harbour, explore the shores of The Cut Beach or test your skills in the bonefishing flats just past the Ferry bridge. The home is ideal for a large family, an intimate corporate retreat or a sports/yoga retreat. The spacious and open floor plans allows for groups to comfortably socialize yet its design provides plenty of privacy. There are two master bedrooms with king size beds, two guest rooms with king size beds (cottage), one bedroom with two full beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. Marina House is outfitted for large groups so it features double refrigerators, double dishwashers, central A/C, ice machine, several lounge areas, and an outdoor pergola dining area for 12. The home is well appointed so rest assured we have all of the flatware, beach towels, linens, and kitchen gadgets you may need. There are countless extraordinary beaches, sandbanks and coves in the area yet it is also easy to boat right into Georgetown or Chat N’ Chill on Stocking Island. Hand line fishing with the kids, starry nights looking at the sky at the end of the dock, toes dragging in the water... Stay in or go out. Paddle-board anywhere and everywhere. The possibilities are endless.

We had an amazing stay at Ballymena and Peeps Cottage.
The pools and properties are exceptional. Inside and outside spaces are perfect for couples or families. The caretaker responded immediately to any requests. We can highly recommend these properties.

The property, host, and staff get a 10/10 ( I’m a hard one to please). The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities needed. House manager and staff were diligent in every aspect. This should be the model for all Bahamas reantals.

Home was better than the website! From the moment we arrived until we departed we were made to feel at home. We rented the owners boat and with the help of Navionics we were able to explore the endless beechs and restaurants. House was immaculate and well maintained, and our experience couldn't have been better!
