The location near downtown Telluride (but not too near) and being right next to the trail by the river were nice features of the property. There was adequate parking and we felt safe on the property. The room was clean. Telluride is a great place to visit.

Great sized room and perfect little kitchenette for cooking. The location was very convenient for getting to and from town center. There's a nice little pathway to the car henge lot where we were able to park our car.
I wish the hot tubs were open later!!

No breakfast other than coffee.
Bed was noisy as was the floor when walked on. Room appeared clean but closer inspection showed dirt and accumulation in the corners of the floor and bathroom area.
