Apartamento limpio y amplio, luminoso

Muy difícil encontrar parking
La puerta de la calle es con código y puede quedarse abierta por error...
La puerta del apartamento solo se abre con el móvil e Internet, si no tienes batería estas perdido porque no disponen de llaves fisicas
Nuestra puerta fallaba al abrirse (Apto 7), directamente no se abría, no había opción a que nos dieran llave pero nos dieron otro enlace que abría mejor la puerta
Pedimos 2 fundas de almohada que no llegaron jamás, eramos 4 en la hab.

The instructions to enter the building and apartment could be better. I had to slide on door number in the app. I had no idea I had to do that. I texted on the app but the reply did not come in time. Finally, a neighbor helped us. I thank that neighbor. There was also a remote control for airconditioning but I did not know where to aim it at. I think the aircontioning was centrally controlled. There were no instructions on how to change the temperature in a particular unit.

Close to train station
I do not like contactless entry. They rely too much on internet LINKS - multiple links that were difficult to access and to know which one contained info we needed. Wr arrived late and very tired due to airline delays and the keyless entry/electronic system had issues. The contact number did answer our call and stayed on the phone with us while we struggled to make the lock work- which it did eventually open.
Also even tho the room can accommodate4 people, we were three, the shower is completely see through glass so not comfortable for non-romantic couples? Why gave a completely glass shower in a room designed to hold more than one couple?
Otherwise it could be comfortable for a longer stay with amenities like a patio, table and sitting area, fridge, dishes.
But knowing we were three people (which they certainly did as they required every person to complete an extensive registration online) the other amenities (towels, glasses, toiletries sets, etc.) were set up for only two, so again, contactless made it feel like they just don’t really care about their guests.
Neighborhood felt “sketchy” for late night arrival, again contactless made this more pronounced.
But very close to train and rental car companies. In the end, it was fine.

La cerradura de unos de los apartamentos no ha funcionado bien en ningún momento (si bien es cierto que dijeron que mandaban a alguien pero nos apañamos con la llave)
Relación calidad precio no compensa en absoluto. Las fotos de una terraza con jardín artificial ….inexistente.
Uno de los apartamentos no tenía ni placa para cocinar. Otro solo 3 vasos …y hoy para colmo al ir a cerrar el sofá cama una cucaracha ha decidido salir y atravesar el salón.
Desde luego para no volver.
