It was a neat and clean place with A/C and WiFi

It’s close to the main train station, close to the center, and neat

We didn’t like the construction noise, and the patio door is right on the street so we could not open the drapes

Pleasant and worth the money

Wc separated from rest of the bathroom, nice floors, comfortable beds, pretty ambiance.

Very disappointing stay — absolutely not worth the price

Nothing! Do not stay here....

The room was in very poor condition. When we arrived, the passcode provided to get the key was wrong, so we had to contact the hosts again to provide the correct one. In the room, the beds weren't made. We had to make the beds ourselves upon arrival. One of the beds' covers smelled bad, while the other had broken pieces, and was making sounds. We contacted the hosts about the bad smell, and they brought new bedsheets, 10 hours later after having to remind them. The room was dirty and, although we were 4 guests, towels provided for only 2 people. There were also cockroaches in the room, which was extremely unpleasant. The soundproofing was very poor, and the facilities provided were extremely limited. For example the AC was not working properly, even though it was set at 17 degrees (the lowest we could select). Even toilet paper and soap was an issue: we were given only one roll and 3 small bottles of soap for 4 people for a 5-day stay, so we had to buy our own. Another major concern was the balcony door, which did not close properly. Since the room was on the ground floor and the door opened directly onto the street, this was a serious security issue. The hosts were also slow to respond to our requests and concerns. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The room was not in an acceptable condition and was definitely not worth the price we paid. I would not stay here again and unfortunately cannot recommend this property.

Expected Better for the Price

Location

We were a group of 4 and arrived from a late flight . Sofa bed was not dressed only the bed had sheets and pillows. I called the contact phone number at midnight and informed me since it was late he will pass the message to the staff next morning. Long story short I slept on the mattress and next morning I called several times and was promised the sheets ASAP end it up having the sheets at 3 pm . This was unacceptable since I made the reservation for 4 a month ago so they knew in advance. This was a very expensive place to receive this kind of service. Disappointed 😞 also air conditioning is really bad . It never gets cold .....
