La situation hyper centrale de l’appartement : très bien situé pour découvrir Madrid à pied . Le parking également très pratique, situé à côté, reservation conseillée.

Raktus perdavė puiki buto šeimininkė, kuri viską aprodė, papasakojo. Bute nieko netrūko - jame buvo visi reikalingi įrankiai. Visur švaru, lovos patogios.

La ubicación es maravillosa, estás a 2 min de Gran Via. Al ser un apartamento con vistas interior descansas 100% por la noche ya que no hay ruido. La cama es comodísima, es cierto que el espacio para pasar de la cama al baño es un poco estrecho, pero relación calidad-precio nos ha parecido genial. Está limpio, tiene de todo en la cocina, utensilios, cafetera, tostadora, paellas para poder cocinar, etc. También dispone de lavadora/secadora que nos fue muy bien para limpiar la ropa. En resumen repetiremos sin duda cuando volvamos a Madrid.

Hay que tener en cuenta que es un tercer piso sin ascensor, a nosotros no nos molestó porque estamos acostumbrados a subir y bajar escaleras, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.
