The interior design was lovely. It was easy to access old town. The breakfast was plentiful & delicious, especially the cottage cheese pancakes. The beds were very comfy. We especially liked the front staff “- thanks to Nico who helped us with our air conditioner & electrical issue. He was very nice. And also to Beckham who went above & beyond to get us dinner & sulphur bath reservations. The restaurant/terrace was very nice to have a glass of wine or breakfast.
The street in front is a bit depressing with all the piles of rocks but obviously that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Great location, very clean hotel, breakfast was very good and plentiful. Everything was served fresh. The staff at reception were friendly and polite, everyone could speak English. The only problem was that even though we only drank two bottles of red wine from the minibar during our stay, they claimed we had consumed three, so we had to pay for three. Even though we didn't pay a lot of money, we left the hotel feeling disappointed. There are many places in the city where you can find good quality and inexpensive wine, so I recommend choosing those other places to avoid such problems, as I believe they don't properly track such consumption. In total we loved the rest of everything about the hotel.
