Great location. Clean, modern room. Helpful staff.
Breakfast is quite basic compared to other similar quality hotels in Tbilisi. My room was advertised with a balcony but unfortunately it wasn't big enough to put a chair on it so couldn't really sit out on it.

We absolutely love the location. We were given a beautiful top floor with a slanted roof and we could see absolutely everything! Everything was perfect. The staff is very very kind and they were able to make three lunchboxes for us because we had an early flight. We are very thankful and hope to stay there again if we come back. Breakfast was wonderful as well!
The smell of the bathroom, as most places in western Asia, smell really bad. It’s a combination of a moldy musky smell and urine. A minor detail, but the people intended to open the door and help out with bags and security. Just sit outside the hotel smoking and hanging out. The breakfast room smells of cigarette as it is located below ground and next to the staff room.

Great and surprisingly quiet location in old town. Lot of attractions and food options around in just a walk distance.
Special thanks to reception staff for being helpful, friendly and patient with our big family group :)

Location was great.
Kitchen and cleaning staff were great.
Reception staff (except one) were pretty average.
The hotel management is hopeless.
The fact that the air conditioning broke down within an hr of our arrival and it took them two days to fix it.
The carpet in the room looked like hadn’t been properly cleaned for years.
