One of the best places I have stayed at by far. Best view of the lake and London bridge. The place a clean and well accommodated with additional blankets, towels, waters, etc. Would definitely book this place again in the future.

This condo was nice but furniture needs upgrading some patio chairs are old and ripped, sofa and master bed are worn down aswell, for the price id expect a good nights sleep. The pictures indicated that there was a grill in the patio, so we took everything to have a bbq when we got there, but to our surprise no grill that was bummer. Location is great the London bridge view at night its awsome. Comunication with host was good and in timely manner wich is a plus!

This was a great place to stay in Havasu. Mike the owner was great, always answered any questions you would have. Place was very nice and clean. My family has been going to Kings Condos for about 10 years and this was by far the nicest one we stayed in.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner was wonderful to work with—responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from booking through checkout. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning with our family.
