Nestled in North Vancouver, this charming condo for $115 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Recently remodeled furnished ground level 1-bedroom guest suite. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Only a short drive to Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Mt. Seymour Resorts, Ambleside Beach, Downtown Vancouver and so many more attractions. Easy access to all of the North Shore mountains for biking, hiking, and snow sports! The space This is a private and spacious 1100 sq ft ground floor suite with its own entrance located in the Lynn Valley of North Vancouver. The suite has one bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. It is equipped with amenities such as a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living room with a 55" TV, books, and games, as well as a dining area. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 40" Smart TV, and a closet. The bathroom includes toiletries and a hairdryer. This location is within a 25-minute drive to downtown Vancouver or a 50-minute public transit ride. The North Shore offers many outdoor and tourist options that are easily accessible from this location. Guest access The guest suite is located on the lower level of a 2-level home. The entrance is located off the back of the home. There is free parking located in front of the house. To access the guest suite there is an electronic keypad, the code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. Check-in will be anytime after 4:00 pm. Upon arrival, I require ID to confirm that this is the party that made the reservation, otherwise, I am not allowed to check-in. Other things to note We live on the upper floor of the house so we are available if you need anything, have any questions, or are looking for suggestions on where to go or what to see in our beautiful city. We are a family of two that lives above the guest suite. We have two friendly dogs. We strive to be ultra quiet for our guests, but sometimes our dogs could possibly be heard on the downstairs level, so if you love animals you are very welcome. But if you think you’ll be disturbed by the occasional sounds upstairs, please reconsider your plan to book with us - though we certainly hope you’ll be our guest and experience how truly wonderful our suite is! If you have any questions at all about what is available during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask. We want to provide a well-equipped space to cover all your needs. This is a fabulous listing. The owners are beautiful souls who clearly take pride in their home and it shows. The dogs were great too and we had zero issues during our brief stay. Thank you. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed the beautiful property. It was very clean, well appointed, and Sylvia was a great host. We especially appreciated the little snack basket. She left a basket full of fresh fruit and grab and go snacks which was fabulous as we did a very long hike our first morning. We did not have to stop to collect those items and we enjoyed every bit. This property is in a quiet location and so long as you have a car, very easy to get to the city or many of the amazing trailheads. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a warm welcome with a tour of the accommodations. They went above and beyond to really make it feel like a home rather than a hotel. There were snacks left out on the table for us, an assortment of hot sauces and spices, books, plenty of house pants and a nice covered area to sit outside. I would definitely stay here again.

Sylwia and Jarek were warm and gracious. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable in their home. The accommodations were welcoming and as expected. Great location. Very close to Capilano suspension Bridge Park and Lynn Canyon which we enjoyed more for its waterfalls. Easy commute to Stanley Park and downtown Vancouver. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We are glad we booked this home and highly recommend. Thank you Sylwia and Jarek!

Sylwia and Jarek are pure and simple the nicest people in Vancouver. They made us feel at home right from the beginning. The place is spotless and very nice. Location was perfect to commute into Vancouver and for sightseeing. Lots of stores east and west within 1 km. We will definitely be telling our friends and family. Anne and Glenn

Very nice suite. Has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very accommodating and went out of the way make us feel at home . There are no laundry facilities in the suite …. Would be nice to have They have the sweetest dogs which aren’t a problem at all but when they leave for work in the morning ( around 6:30- 7) , the dogs really miss them and the barking starts. Overall , we enjoyed our stay and would recommend
