This hotel was amazing, from the staff to the facilities, from the cleanliness to the comfort,, from the breakfast to the drinks in the evening, everything and I mean everything was fantastic. We were there for our Honeymoon and on arrjval we got upgraded to the junior suite on the 5th floor which was amazing. The breakfast is something else they have catered for everyone, you can choose from a large selection of continental buffet nd then you have the cooked menu also you can choose from. Also a 3 tier platter comes out whixh is very unique, not something you would expect for breakfast.
If I could give 6 stars I would, location is only a 10 in walk away from the Main Square and also only a 20min taxi from airport so it is perfect.
This is by no means a criticism ad it did not bother us in the slightest, but our room we had got upgraded too there was only a freestanding bath with a shower attachment over which was great for us but for someone with movement issues they might have difficulty accessing the bath as it was rather deep
Also and once again this did not bother us you are right next door to a Police Station so be prepared to hear a couple of sirens during the night.
But all this would definitely would not deter me from coming back again..

The team were so incredibly helpful, and a special shout out to Magdalena who helped me with finding parking solutions and downloading the app etc. Really, the nicest people in the nicest hotel.

Hotel was beautiful and staff was nice to us. Restaurant wasn't that good, but it filled our stomachs good enough.
The location right next to police department created and very safe feeling.
Room was smaller than average and i think the price was little bit too much for that. We were in Krakow, not NYC.

Very modern, clean, comfy rooms and bathroom. Location easy enough to get to the Old Town. Quiet in a residential area.
