Comfortable, spacious, clean room, well equipped. Pleasant staff, very nice breakfast. Quiet.

The size of the room was very nice.
The service was strange. I wasn’t thrilled with the front desk staff. They made it seem like they were doing you a favor by checking you in, etc. Also, since we checked out at 2:30 am they charged me a security deposit since “no one would be there to check the room in the middle of the night”. What? Who ever does that? I’ve been traveling my whole life and this is the first time I heard of this. It seemed strange. The paid parking (additional) is also a decent walk away in a hospital complex. The directions as to where to park were also very unclear. The parking lot got packed during the day so we ended up parking on street a few times. Overall, I would not stay here again when I come back to Krakow.
