Excelente ubicación. Apartamento muy completo y con todas las necesidades para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Nos recibió Matilde, que nos lo explicó todo muy bien y nos recomendó muchos sitios para comer , supermercados y demás .. Tiene 2 aires acondicionados que funcionan muy bien sobre todo para las altas temperaturas que hay el Roma en verano. Y dos baños, que viene muy bien para 4 personas. Todo muy nuevo. A un paso de la plaza Navona, y de muchos monumentos que se pueden ir perfectamente andando como al Vaticano, al Trastevere o a la Fontana de Trevi ..
Está en un edificio antiguo y la subida al apartamento (2ª planta) sin ascensor por unas escaleras no muy cómodas .. que pueden ser un problema para personas con alguna limitación de movilidad. Pero nosotros estuvimos muy bien, sin problemas, y además es muy tranquilo y a pesar de ser una calle con mucho movimiento no se escucha nada de ruido.
El desagüe del baño del dormitorio va regular .. tuvimos que quitar la tapa para que tragara bien y no se saliera el agua.

The location was not excellent with everything at your doorstep. The property was Modern and clean and had the all the space and ammenities needs for a holiday stay. The washing machine was really convenient.
There were a lot of stairs for a family with 2 kids and lots of luggage. Very difficult to get up and down the stairs even without luggage. It’s a beautiful old building but not ideal for us.

Die moderne und komfortable Ausstattung vermutet man nicht in dieser Straße und in diesem Haus.
Der Abfluss unserer Dusche war verstopft. Wir mussten alle (!) unsere Handtücher zum Stoppen der Wassermassen und zum Aufwischen nutzen.
Leider hat der Vermieter nicht reagiert und wir mussten improvisieren und mitgebrachte Handtücher nutzen.
Das war sehr ärgerlich!

L’emplacement était parfait, l’appartement est proche de tout mais au calme
La réactivité de la conciergerie était top, quand nous sommes arrivés le lit était complètement cassé et ils sont venus le réparer rapidement.
La propreté laissait à désirer : cheveux et poils dans les draps et salles de bain, un cafard dans la cuisine ..
Le wifi n’a pas fonctionné du séjour
Et dommage que la cuisine ne soit même pas équipée d’une bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée
