The food was lovely and breakfast was great every morning. The spa is beautiful and all the staff we dealt with were friendly. We really loved most things about this hotel and would have stayed again.

On our first day we found ants everywhere in our room, probably about 100 of them, including in the bed. Someone came up and put insecticide powder down on the floor. That powder was still sitting there when we checked out six days later. Nobody came back to clean it up and nobody told us what it was. We weren’t offered a different room and nobody said sorry. The electric shutter in the room didn’t work either. We know ants happen in Spain and wouldn’t mark a hotel down just for that, it’s what came after that bothered us. We paid £1400 for six nights of hard earned money and expected someone to come back, clear it up and check we were alright.
