The property and facilities were great and clean. Very conveniently located to pier park, shopping and dinning.
Our room needs an overall deep cleaning, fresh paint and new floors. We had a water heater go bad which wet the floors however, I believe the unit had had water issues before due to all the broken and loose tile.
We did alert the owner and he was very quick to respond and get someone out to replace the water heater.

The location was perfect. The facility was well maintained.
We stayed in two different rooms the first being 403 for two days till our original was available we forgot a bag of ice in the freezer and was charged for it. However we moved to room 2203 on Monday and when I went to do laundry on Wednesday there was a washer full of towels from the previous tenants left in the washer that the housekeeper didn’t dry and put away so I had to do that but yet I was charged for forgetting a bag of ice and the housekeeper can forget their job and yet that’s okay. Total crap if you ask me.
