Locația foarte convenabilă, aproape de toate punctele noastre de interes, parcarea, compartimentarea apartamentului, zona liniștită și plăcută , comunicarea cu gazda, toate au fost ok
Sunt câteva detalii rezolvabile, dar necesită puțină atenție din partea proprietarului fiindcă sunt importante pentru cei care locuiesc acolo temporar : accesul ar trebui explicat mai in detaliu - nu e plăcut sa stai in fata portii pe o ploaie torențială și să încerci 7 chei no-name, una câte una, iar și iar, până când cheia potrivită găsește poziția corectă care deschide poarta (nu merge din prima, trebuie convinsă:) ) Bateriile de la duș nu sunt deloc prietenoase - la dormitorul cu pat dublu nu a curs niciun strop de apa caldă. Bine că mai există o baie, dar pentru noi a fost destul de neplăcut să o folosim 4 persoane.
Camera cu 2 dormitoare are nevoie de mai multă atenție la curățenie, poate un var, niște saltele mai confortabile...
Cum spuneam lucruri rezolvabile pentru a face șederea cuiva cu adevărat plăcută.

Localização fantástica! Muito perto da Arena (15 minutos de caminhada plana)
Apartamento bem montado e equipado para períodos médios.
O pessoal de atendimento merece nota 10!
Algumas lâmpadas queimadas e a dificuldade para estacionar, principalmente carros maiores.

The apartment is very spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished. Everything is new and in excellent condition, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made our stay especially comfortable.
The host was very friendly, kind, and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again! ❤️

Zentral, ca 15 Minuten von der Altstadt zu Fuß entfernt. Sauber
Die Ankunft war erst ab 15.00 Uhr möglich, das ist ok, aber als wir gegen 22.15 zu viert nicht im Stande waren das kleine Schloss am Gitter zu öffnen, wo der Wohnungsschlüssel hinterlegt wurden ( man konnte die Zahlen auf dem Schloss kaum lesen, so klein waren diese, dann endlich eingestellt, sollte man einen Mechanismus hinunterziehen und das Schloss sollte sich öffnen, was es aber nicht tat, wiederum zu viert, mit Handy Licht, hat es jeder versucht, es ging nicht auf) der Vermieter konnte telefonisch nicht erreicht werden… nach einer weiteren halben Stunde, immer verzweifelt an dem Schloss herumbastelnd hat es sich wie ein Wunder… und nach 2 abgebrochenen Fingernägeln endlich geöffnet.
Es waren 5-6 Schlüssel am Bund, keiner beschriftet… als wir endlich den 2. Stock erreicht hatten, sollte auf der Tür locazione turistica stehen, die Plakette war aber an der Tür ganz oben rechts, letztes Eck angebracht, so dass es nicht gleich ersichtlich war! Also wurde auch die Wohnung länger gesucht als nötig.
Die Garage war dann noch die Krönung von dem anstrengenden Check In, die Einfahrt war so eng, dass wir mit dem Audi A6 nie und nimmer passieren konnten und somit Rückwärts die sehr steile Rampe wieder hoch mussten.
Gegen Mitternacht endlich die verdiente Dusche… doch das Bad stand in kürzester Zeit unter Wasser, da der Guli zu war. Am Morgen danach…Kaffeemaschine für Taps kaputt, also auch keinen Kaffee.
