This exquisite Villa is perched above one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Southern California. Enjoy Breathtaking panoramic ocean views, including Catalina Island and San Clemente Island sunsets, grandiose views of two world-class luxury resorts: the Ritz Carlton and the Waldorf Astoria, as well as views of the famous oceanfront golf course of Monarch Beach Golf Links. The community provides direct trail access to all the above and takes you along the golf course to the famous Salt creek beach and Strand beach in minutes. Located in the secluded gated community of Monarch Bay Villas, this stunning villa has recently undergone an extensive and meticulous renovation from top to bottom and has a gorgeous open floor plan with over 2000 square feet of comfortable living space. The spacious living room serves as a captivating focal point with its lofty wood-beamed ceilings, inviting fireplace, and large private balcony offering refreshing ocean breeze. The expansive gourmet kitchen showcases a large island at its center, top-of-the-line appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare all your meals.
