There is basement that is excluded and can be occupied by other guests. However house and basement have no shared space and have separate entrances. Basement also has no access to backyard, yoga studio & garage.

Nice place, just as described. The only thing that I would point out is if you’re traveling with dogs, they ask that you not have the dogs on the beds. Totally understand why and otherwise it is a very personal friendly place. I just point it out as if you have a dog that sleeps on the bed, or couch you might want to consider bringing your own blankets to help keep the place pet hair free for other non pet traveling guests.

We were a family of 4 who stayed at this home while visiting family. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice big fenced in back yard. Although we didn’t bring a dog on this trip, it’s all set up to welcome your pet with dog bowls and 2 dog beds. The home has been nicely updated, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was clean and fairly well stocked. Apparently there is an additional rental unit in the lower part of the home, Besides hearing their dogs bark one morning, it wasn’t an inconvenience to us. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Great space was able to get to the places we needed to get too. Home is spacious and very well appointed. We were there 5 nights beds comfortable and very clean.

The floor plan of the kitchen main room is comfortable. Unfortunately, the kitchen table is a bit unstable and would creak anytime you did something that made it move. Probably needs to be replaced. The backyard is a nice size and dog friendly. We had to move the outdoor seating area away from the plants it was up against because they attracted bees. The two beds we used were comfortable. We did not use the twin beds so I cannot comment on them.
