Nestled in Hendersonville, this charming house for $102 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Summary: My home is conveniently near Kroger Grocery Store and Glenbrooke Shopping Center, placing you right at the heart of Hendersonville. With easy access to 386, you can reach Nashville within 25 minutes. The neighborhood is a standout feature you'll appreciate. My place welcomes couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, large groups, and furry friends (pets). Three bedrooms are part of the main house, while the fourth bedroom was once a garage that's been converted. Please note, no breeds deemed dangerous for dogs are permitted. Guest Access: Guest have access to the entire apartment. No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350) Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests. Locals from Lawton, OK are subject to approval. The Neighborhood: The house is located on a major road. Backing in is not easy, you are suggested to just pull in. Other Things to Note: Note: Once you confirm your reservation, you will need to complete your guest portal in order to receive your check-in instructions. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information. 3 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $200 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries, shipt.c@m will deliver them all to you. Normal sleeping capacity is 6 but we allow up to a maximum of 10 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 7th-10th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Late Check-out Fee policy 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM $100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies. Interaction with Guests: My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM to address your questions and concerns.

Pros: Clean, spacious; manager was responsive but not entirely helpful (we had to reprogram the wifi router; when asked for about a heater in one BR, he provided an air purifier). Cons: No AC unit in two BRs; no heat in one BR; sleeps 8 but 4 chairs and 2 glasses; Vrbo description is not accurate (sleeps 8, not 10; one BR has two twins, not a queen and a twin); generally run-down (loose laminate; badly fit flashing on AC outlets to windows; cracked floor tile in bathroom; no temperature control on washer). Conclusion: Location OK for our purposes (but would be terrible for a tourist-oriented Nashville vacation) and price was comparatively low for the area and may be appropriate for the condition of the house. It was adequate.

The house suited our needs. It had a fenced yard for our dogs and enough beds for the 5 adults to sleep comfortably. It was located close to everything we wanted to do while in the Nashville area.

This house was a great stay for the price. The location was great too. Only about a 20 minute drive from all the activities we wanted to do. Driving in the area was easy too. It has a huge fenced in backyard which was perfect for our dogs. Also nearby a beautiful recreation area with a lake. Dogs love swimming there. Check in was a breeze and the house while older was clean and ready for guests. Communication with the agent was superb! Questions and issues addressed immediately. We are planning our next rip already and will plan to stay again!!
