Que esté en un subsuelo sin ascensor (debería ser aclarado con anticipación. Muy incómodo bajar equipaje por la escalera tan angosta

La ubicación era lo que preferíamos por qué estaba cerca del la estación de atocha
No es que no me haya gustado solo me sudo algo de intranquilidad que me pidieran una garantía con una tarjeta de crédito cuando ya había pagado por el hospedaje y aún no sé si ya liberaron ese depósito

The location was good, handy to both the Metro and Cercanías. The kitchen was very small, but well equipped - my brother was pleased to find both an electric kettle and a toaster, perfect for his breakfast. The fridge was small, but sufficient for our stay. The shower worked well, and the water heated up very quickly. There was a good selection of crockery, cutlery and saucepans.
We found a great Japanese restaurant very close by - Miyaki Sushi Bar - highly recommended!
The image showing the flat numbers outside by the door needs to be updated, as it no longer reflects what looks like a new system, so we got confused trying to follow instructions to enter. The only way we could find to enter from the road was to go into the Booking,com app, then go through to the registration website and scroll down to where we could click a button to open the door remotely. It was a hassle, but luckily there were often other residents coming and going who let us in.
The door to the bathroom needs adjusting as it jams on the floor every time you open it. The bathroom window is permanently open a bit, which was OK, but after opening it wider to let the room air, it was very difficult to close it back to its original position.
There is a problem with the toilet cistern which doesn't always stop the water running after flushing. We had to jiggle the chain at times to get it to stop, especially before we went out, so that needs looking at.
The sofa was rather uncomfortable and some of the seams look like they will split open before too long.
I was cold the first night, so I opened the canapé to see if there were spare blankets etc. There was another duvet without a cover, but it was quite dirty. There was also a thick blanket, so my brother decided to use that, and gave me his duvet so I had two. It was a little marked, but I was lovely and warm then.
