With its sublime waterfront setting, this brand-new home has been flawlessly presented to extend the seasons outdoors. Staged over a single level, it features sophisticated smart technology and is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout, creating a year-round sanctuary for guests. Once you step inside you simply won’t want to leave. The open plan living and dining area opens to an entertainers’ patio replete with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill and alfresco lounge. This is an idyllic spot to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or cook up a feast utilising the region’s notable fresh produce. Kids will love playing on the grassy lawn and making a splash in the stunning wet-edge swimming pool. Enjoy water edge access and take out the 4 kayaks (2 for adults and 2 for children) for an adventure on the marina. Inside, the gourmet kitchen is centred around a sleek island bench allowing ample space to socialise and prepare meals. It comes fully kitted with high-end appliances and utensils including an oven with induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, sandwich press, rice cooker, and much more, complete with a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Make use of the walk-in butler's pantry with a wash-up area, huge pantry and dual-zone bar fridge to keep your wine and other beverages at the desired temperature. Sit down at the large eight-person dining table, opening the doors and allowing the natural breezes to stream through. Afterwards, relax on the oversized leather sofa, or kick your legs up in the media room, which creates a true cinema experience at home. Both are equipped with Samsung 65-inch UHD LED Smart TVs and Foxtel Premium for streaming. A dedicated study nook and free Wi-Fi throughout accommodates those on a working holiday. Each of the five bedrooms has been immaculately set up with hotel-quality linen, privacy locks and black-out curtains to promote a good night’s sleep. The primary bedroom has a sumptuous king-sized bed complete with an ultra-modern ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe with powder room. The second and third bedrooms are both generous with wardrobes and queen-sized beds. The fourth bedroom is flexible offering two long single beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed, while the fifth bedroom sleeps two with a separate single bed. Revealing a contemporary monochrome palette, the main bathroom features a bathtub, spacious rain shower, toilet, door lock, and double mirrored vanity. A hairdryer and complimentary toiletries have been provided for your stay in addition to a separate internal laundry space with a front-loading washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The house comes with undercover garage parking and parking on the driveway and street. For those travelling with small children, a baby fold-out cot and high chair are available, or you can request an extra bed three days before you arrive for an extra fee. Privacy locks are available in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo. Please don't place the kayaks or anything else on the grassed area outside the neighbour's fence as it is a private property.

Fantastic unit for a short or long term stay in Darwin. Close to the airport and the waterfront, secure parking on premises, well-equipped kitchens (inside and outside), with an incredible private pool. Great for families. We would stay here again!
