The location is very quiet, but it's only a few short blocks from the main boulevard that goes through Sedona. House is very spacious (many bedrooms / bathrooms / etc), and the back yard is also quite generous. It's clean, well equipped, and the views from the windows and the large wraparound deck are simply magical. The host (Marc) was very responsive. Stayed two weeks, and it was a wonderful experience.

We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and great location! Started the day with a cup of coffee and gorgeous views of coffee pot rock, snoopy rock and hot air balloons! Loved seeing the gorgeous colored balloons float over by cockscomb. Sitting on the deck was one of my favorite things to do, listening to the birds singing, watching West Sedona come alive each day and say Good Night with the glowing stars. The fireplace warmed us on cool evenings and brisk mornings. Loved being close to groceries, restaurants and entertainment! Posse grounds park is a hop, skip and jump away where we loved walking our dog and using the amazing beautiful community pool! Great neighborhood and just lovely surroundings! Thank you Marc!
