Price was really good, the location amazing, staff extremely professional and kind. Onsen available making the close location to the mt Fuji allow us to rest. Highly recommend!

The rooms were spacious.
The wellness area was very appealing.
Location: The hotel is only sporadically accessible by public transport. We had to take a taxi from Gotemba Station on a Saturday.
While the hotel certainly offers a certain standard, it's definitely showing its age. Therefore, we consider the price/performance ratio to be overpriced.
The breakfast was limited in quantity and unfortunately not sufficient. An additional portion or second helping was refused, even when offered to pay separately.
