Checkin and the whole communication with the staff was remote and there was no problem with it. All information provided timely and if you have additional inquiries they respond very fast. The bed in the pod was comfortable and the pod itself felt quite cosy. Main convenience for me was the location, since I travelled for Valencia Half Marathon - the hostel is very close to get to the start/finish are on foot.
The images of the rooms might mislead you. You can see the code locks at the pods, but they don't actually lock anything, it just moves the curtain, that closes the pod. And since it is only covered by the curtain, it's not actually closed or locked at any time, just covered. This might affect a bit the safety of personal belongings but also the resting time, since you can hear other people in the room very clearly through the curtain. The bathrooms could do with a bit more maintenance. If both showers are occuped at the same time, the water pressure goes down very much and berelly flows. Also, the toilets ran out of toilet paper and it was still not replaced at the time when I left (following day).

Full kitchen available. clean bed area. Great ladies bathroom
I only had a USB cable but not the USBC2 so used a plug but it didnt work within the cubicle. The bracelet didnt open the blind most of the time . Would have been nice to have a local what on board or messages from other travellers for outings and also let people know where the local supermarket was.

It felt very secure and private which was great. Also felt clean and had a spacious bathroom. It was pretty quiet, not much socialising between guests but that suited my cousin and I.
The curtain to my pod malfunctioned and wouldn’t go up but I managed to get it working again :)

Access to all the facilities including lockers and showers free of charge. Private pods and very quiet/respectful guests. Well located in the heart of Valencia and near lots of shops.
Boiling hot room, was very hard to sleep with such warm temperatures and no AC/cooling system inside the pods. Lack of towels despite saying they would have towels and not the cleanest/tidiest shared spaces with overflowing bins and toilet paper running out.
