Sehr gute Lage, perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen! Es gibt mehrere Buslinien, die ohne Umsteigen in die Stadt und ans Meer fahren. Die Haltestellen sind maximal 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Supermarkt und Frühstückscafé in direkter Nachbarschaft.
Das Zimmer ist klein, aber fein und sehr modern. Es gibt keinen Fernseher, dafür aber - dicker Pluspunkt im Hochsommer - eine Klimaanlage!
Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde wiederkommen!
Der Boden im Zimmer hat schon länger kein Wasser mehr gesehen. Es war ziemlich schmutzig.

L’état des lieux était très bien très propre , emplacement pas lojn des endroits clés de València je recommande à 100%
Les jours de ménages qui sont pas respectés j’ai du aller me plaindre un peu à l’accueil pour qu’on le fasse.

Close to many things, functional rooms with everything you’ll need.
Property manager could improve her communication & customer service skills. She treated me in a disrespectful manner when I had any feedback. She justified loud noise, untidy areas or any other thing by saying “this is a student residence”.
