We absolutely loved the Artyzen. It is one of those rare hotels that manages to feel luxurious and beautifully designed while still feeling intimate, warm, and personal. From the moment you walk in, there is such an incredible attention to detail — even the elevators are smashing. They are absolutely beautiful and feel like part of the overall design experience rather than simply a way to get from one floor to another.
Our room was exceptional — beautifully appointed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had just come from the W in Kuala Lumpur, which was so damn loud, so we especially appreciated how peaceful the Artyzen was. We actually laughed when we stepped onto our balcony and discovered there was significant construction happening nearby because we genuinely had no idea. We couldn’t hear any of it from inside our room. They have clearly mastered the soundproofing.
The service was equally impressive. Giwa, in particular, was an absolute gem. On our very first night, we realized we didn’t have cash to pay our taxi driver, and he immediately stepped in and helped us sort it out. He later connected us with an amazing private guide who showed us around Singapore and shared so much of the culture and history with us. It ended up being one of the highlights of our time in Singapore.
What really sets the Artyzen apart is that it doesn’t feel like a large, anonymous luxury hotel. It feels special and intimate, with gorgeous design at every turn and a team that genuinely seems to care about your experience.
Beautiful hotel, exceptional room, wonderful service, and a level of thoughtful design that made the entire stay feel special. We would return in a heartbeat.
The one area we felt could be improved was the consistency of the in-room dining. We ordered quite a few breakfasts and dinners during our stay and really appreciated the convenience, but sometimes the food was excellent and other times it was just okay. We certainly didn’t choose the Artyzen for the food, and it didn’t detract from how much we loved the hotel, but if they could bring the in-room dining up to the same exceptional standard as the rooms, design, and service, the experience would be nearly perfect.

The location is good a short walk to Orchard Road and the Botanical Gardens. The room were ok, if not a little tired.
There is a construction site next door which operates all day, this has been going on for over 1year and will into the future. No one told us prior to booking, this would have influenced our decision. It was way overpriced for what it was, we were told the hotel is 3years old but looks older and needs TCL. We requested tap water for dinner but was told we had to buy bottled water instead. There is only powered milk in the room, so you have to ask for milk at the restaurant at breakfast.
