I stayed for the IronMan competition and location is perfect. Rooms where clean and as expected.

The rooms are huge and great for larger families. The grounds are clean and the location is good.
There was no ac and it got very hot in our room, the location of our room was open to the outdoor patio of the neighbors and our windows opened to their patio. They were loud and up late and we could even hear their TV running. The pullout bed in the couch was absolutely horrible and extremely uncomfortable. Also, for the price you get no continental breakfast. Lastly, they grossly overcharge for pets.

It was clean and close to the boardwalk. 5 min walk
Electrical issues in the room. Bath tub jets would turn on randomly in the middle of the night. Thermostat only did an “on or off” for fireplace. Tv connection would go in and out. Turned off the fan and fire alarm went off.
