Greystone Manor is a breathtaking, private vacation home located in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley. Nestled between the towns of Los Olivos and Santa Ynez, this exquisite English country estate offers an open floor plan with an abundance of natural light. It features a chef's kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 1 large living room, 2 dens, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, a game room with a pool table, a meditation/yoga room, and a resort-worthy pool and jacuzzi. Every room is well appointed with fine-furnishings, and the grounds feature lush landscaping, manicured lawns, patios, fruit trees, and a BBQ. Delicious meals are easily served up in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. The Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine fridge, under-sink water filtration, and full range of cooking supplies make it an entertainer’s dream. Guests may enjoy their meals in the formal dining room or outside at the al fresco dining table. Bedroom Details: The roomy master bedroom features a king bed, en suite spacious bathroom, a private courtyard, and a fireplace. The second master bedroom also has a king bed, an en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. The third and fourth bedrooms — each with a closet and king bed — share a bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has two queen beds, two twin beds (daybed with trundle), large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom - plus a private balcony overlooking the lush backyard. ***Pool is not heated, inquire with host about having it heated prior to your arrival*** ***Prior to the recent Santa Barbara County ordinance regarding short term rentals (30 days or less), this home was rented as a 5 bedroom property, accommodating up to 10 adults. Current code only allows 6 adults —additional children are allowed, up to a maximum of 10 total guests. We abide by this ordinance. Rentals of 30 days or more allow up to 10 adults. We want to accurately disclose that this home is larger than a 3 bedroom home, for those seeking 31 days or more rentals. Security Cameras: Renter acknowledges that security cameras are *used outdoors only* to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property. All security cameras are strategically positioned so as to not interfere with guests' privacy. (Location of Security Cameras: Driveway, Entrance Area, and Backyard Lawn facing back entrance from pasture & side entrance.)

The house and yard are beautiful and well maintained. It is perfect for children and adults of all ages. The location of the house was convenient to Los Olivos, Solvang and Santa Ynez. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We loved our time at Greystone manor. Gorgeous house, terrific kitchen for cooking our big dinner, perfectly located, and the beds were so comfy! We just wish we could have stayed longer! Extra bonus points for the pool and having the farm stands right down the road for fresh fruits and veggies. Check in and check out was a breeze. Can’t wait to come back

Beautiful, expansive home with plenty of space to enjoy family. Close to great restaurants and wine. Convenient for families who need to get back for afternoon naps. The grandchildren had a blast playing in the pool and hot tub, the yard is fantastic for barefooted toddlers! We couldn’t have enjoyed it more.

House worked wonderful for five ladies to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the big kitchen and open floor plan. Pool and Hot tub due to cooler weather - we did not use. Would love to see a gas fire pit in the back yard…that would have been perfect while we were there. Beautiful grounds!

This is the perfect home for relaxing and quality family time. Centrally located and a quick drive to many amazing restaurants, wineries, shopping and activities for adults and kids. Amazing service from Chuy!

The house and setting are superb. The. photos are accurate, if not understated. Our family, 11 in total, spent much time around the pool, hot tub and other communal areas. The location was perfect for ou activities including visiting wineries, horseback riding and whale watching. The manager, Pam, was very helpful. A wonderful experience all around.

This property was even better in person. Stayed 3 families with kids aged 8-13. Plenty of room to spread out. Grounds were beautiful and kitchen was perfect for large scale meals. Well stocked with everything and directions for anything you could possibly need. Will stay again! Easy check in/check out. Was a memorable weekend for all.

This is our second visit for a ladies wine tasting weekend and I cannot say enough good things about this house! Comfy beds, beautiful kitchen and more lounge space than we knew what to do with! We will be back :)

This is our second time staying here with our extended family of 12. Four sets of adults had their own rooms and all 5 kids ranging from 6-12 slept comfortably in their own space (away from us 😂). The large lawn space allowed for games like corn hole and ladder ball while pool kept us cool and hot tub at night. The instructions for the pool/hot tub is not as easy as is outlined and I recommend a better explanation in the manual for future guests. While we were in constant communication with the property manager, the pool was just OK clean. It wasn’t clear as I would expect but it wasn’t dirty or harmful. Would definitely stay again!

We were in Santa Ynez for our daughter’s wedding. Our family was all there. We were so happy with the accommodations and the layout. It was comfortable and had every amenity we could have wished for. We look forward to another family holiday at Greystone Manor.
