Step into our spacious 3-bedroom home and be greeted by a grand open kitchen adorned with bar seating and brand-new appliances. Adjacent is a convenient laundry room housing a washer and dryer. The dining room boasts a full-size table, perfect for memorable meals. Unwind in the expansive and cozy living area, complete with a streaming-capable TV. Accommodate your guests in a comfortable queen bed in one guest room, while another offers two twin beds and an additional TV. The guest bathroom features a full-size tub/shower. Retreat to the primary bedroom, boasting an attached bathroom for added privacy. Outside, indulge in the large backyard with stunning country views, outdoor seating, and a charming fire pit.
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there`s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! Perfect spot in a very quiet subdivision filled with tidy neat homes. The space inside is far larger than you’d sense from the modest size of the home. Everything spotless and multiple small touches throughout that made this a spot we will return to when we are in this area. Very responsive and definitely earns 5 stars!
