Nice apartment, with Ritz Carlton access. Excellent service on the property grounds.
The entire property is a bit old and tired. Beach loungers and main lobby seats are in desperate need of TLC.

Beautiful location and amenities, property itself is very great and plenty to do in the area (state parks, kayaking, etc) and the property itself was beautiful
- Lot of confusion upon arrival saying the Ritz doesn't manage Booking.com bookings and they are "Residences" so there was some delay to get access to the room
- Room itself was not completely clean, previous guests items were in there and non functioning USB/desk outlets
- Room also was advertised as a "partial" ocean view and the view of the room maybe 5% of the ocean
