The kitchen and dining area layout was brilliant - great set up for multiple groups cooking at once.
Common lounge area was small but worked OK
We had hoped for a quiet room but were place adjacent to the common lounge and the showers - lots of late/early chatter.
Short walk to the supermarket.
Lots of places to eat nearby.
The only downside was a large group (~20) travelers. They were loud and inconsiderate of other guests, most of whom were small groups of two to four. The large group took over the kitchen and dining area, monopolizing the fridge, cooking area, coffee machines and laying the tables with sufficient place-settings for all despite their multi-generational group not all being ready to eat at the same time. It meant everyone else had to share one small table and eat quickly.

Good location overseeing the sea, kitchen was available to cook food which is appreciated
It was somewhat crowded and we had to wait to access the restrooms. The structure is very basic and not too charming as other places we were at in Iceland.

Great place to stay when exploring the surrounding. Large kitchen but there were many rooms to accommodate so it was quite busy but we managed.
Should put up a sign to not cook smelly food. Could not be in the kitchen for the first hour due to the very smelly food that spread to the rooms

Kitchen and check in
Bathroom space didn’t feel adequate for the amount of guests, had to wait over 40 minutes to shower putting us behind on plans.
