Wonderful spot with excellent staff who were very accommodating. The room is very clean, had complimentary snacks and drinks. Very easy and great room!!

Joana customer service was amazing. Joana was fabulous from the moment we arrived. The apartment was in a great location very close to pink street. Beautiful apartment spotless and cleaned everyday. We love the Special Portuguese treats delivered to our room every day . Walking distance to Trams,cafes and restaurants nearby. Been able to use the spa facilities in their Sister resort was much appreciated The Jacuzzi was well used after walking for miles every day.
Great property but be aware it’s close to pink Street so can attract a bit of noise over the weekend

Really good location. Very comfortable, good bed, good pillow, nice sheets. They know pink st itself is noisy late at night and have taken good steps to address this with shutters, double glazing, and pink ear plugs! The first night I woke up (I didn’t use the ear plugs or anything) but after than it didn’t bother me at all and the comfort of the apartment/facilities, the lovely staff and great location outweighs the noise 🙂
