Good size room. Clean with comferrable beds. Great location.
Can be difficult driving driving there due to the tight roads.

Central location almost next to the bazar and near the castle.
Very helpful and caring staff.
Having to climb the stairs with suitcases although caring staff offered help to carry the luggage up.

The girl at the reception on the first day of our arrival was extremely kind and supportive, gave us instructions and guided us up there by car.
Well, on the next day, everything was bizarre.
When arriving at breakfast, the other girl “working there”, was extremely bored, without bothering noticicing that tables were not prepared, cups were no where. plates were missing. We asked politely and needed to remind her several times if we could get something.
The bread was old like from 2 days, same for the rest of some stuff (cakes), the choice was limited.
This came to us as a big surprise causw so far service in Albania was always 10/10.
