The condo was everything we needed for our family of 6 for our trip to Disney World. Price point was perfect! The Disney themed walls and rooms were a perfect addition to our stay! We would definitely recommend to future families wanting to stay close to Disney without staying at a Disney World resort. 25 minute (max) drive to all 4 parks including traffic.

Gated community with nice pool and hot tub very close to the unit. It was an easy drive to Disney parks. It fit 7 (3 teens and 4 adults) easily.

House was clean, appliances worked, etc—only real complaint is that the listing said there would be one full roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and we had about a 1/3 roll and 1/2 roll

Location is good. The condo is in need of a deep cleaning. The walls are dirty and the carpet needs to be replaced. The check-in process is odd. Two days prior to arrival we received a text asking to send information and documents we are not comfortable sharing and actually thought the text was a scam. The next day we got the same text. We reached out via VRBO and was told that is the process. We could either text or email the information and pictures of our documents- very bizarre. We did email what was asked, but felt we had little choice because we were set to arrive the next day. The condo information you get after it is booked says only one roll of toilet paper will be in each of the two bathrooms and one roll of paper towels. We only spent two nights here and spent both of our days at parks from early morning to late night. There were four adults for our stay and we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Not sure I would call them full rolls and the quality was terrible. The condo layout is great and there is tremendous potential, but if the walls are dirty enough to be noticed, it’s pretty bad.
