The staff were friendly and helpful, having a pool in such hot weather was fantastic. The room was spacious with a huge projector for watching a film on.
Breakfast in the morning was great, meeting other holidaymakers around the communal table.

Fantastic hotel, highly recommended! Excellent value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Tianmen Mountain.
At first, we couldn't find the hotel, so we called them, and they came to pick us up. Thank you so much for that! They also went out of their way to help us plan our route and gave us great advice.
The swimming pool was wonderful after a long day of hiking. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious as well.
We honestly didn't have any complaints. The only small issue was that Booking.com directed us to the wrong location, so we got a little lost. However, using AMaps and searching for "Relian – The Hidden Villa Inn" made it very easy to find this hidden gem of a hotel. Don't let the incorrect Booking.com location put you off,it’s absolutely worth it!

Comfortable beds, modern facilities, good location (but a bit hard to find)
Staff do not speak English. It would be a much better experience to be able to communicate in a better way than via translation apps. No replies via the booking.com chat, Not really helpful, sometimes there was no one at the reception for a long time, breakfast very basic, the accommodation was not really cosy or vivid
