Das Frühstück war ausreichend und ausgiebig. Das Zimmer war das beste, das ich bisher in China hatte. Das Personal war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte die Erfahrung gemacht, das in China die Hotels keinen Wäscheservice anbieten. Meine saubere Wäsche war sehr knapp. Auch dieses Hotel bietet das eigentlich nicht an. Nach Anfrage haben die mir aber sofort kostenfrei die Wäsche gewaschen und getrocknet. Sie hätten es nicht nötig gehabt! Ich habe zweimal ein Taxi rufen lassen, und ich brauchte nicht bezahlen. Dieses Personal ist an Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Und zum Standort, der Eingang zum Tianmen Mountain Nationalpark ist ca. 1 km entfernt. Der Weg ist einfach zu finden, und zur Not benötigt man kein Taxi. Dort befindet sich ein Bereich mit vielen Restaurants und Streetfood, und dort halten sich auch viele Touristen auf.
So begeister wie ich bin, finde ich keine negativen Argumente!

Well equipped hotel, rooms were clean, and friendly service. The staff were very very helpful with any requests that I asked for, I would come back here if I ever visit Zhangjiajie again.

Very friendly staff. For this price you get amazing quality. Rooms are nice, location is perfect. Overall an amazing deal and would definitely recommend to everyone.
