The place was cozy and worked well for a short stay. It had everything I needed, including a kitchen and a comfortable living room with a large couch and great AC. I also liked that there was a garage underneath, so there was no noise from downstairs neighbors. Thank you for the snacks, donuts, and coffee capsules, that was a very nice touch.
I woke up at 5 AM because of a neighbor’s subwoofer, and the neighboring dogs were barking quite a bit during the day. Also, the dining setup was a little awkward because the table and chairs did not match well.

Cool little upstairs spot nice and cozy, would def stay here again, cheaper then getting a hotel. The best thing i liked about this place was the couch, super comfy both sides has motorized recliners as well as USB plugs on the side where the buttons are to recline, I stayed here for 2 weeks and ended up sleeping on the couch more then the bed. Pet friendly which was awsome cause we had 3 dogs with us. I already kinda knew the area where this is located and I had thought that it wasnt really the nicest area but I was wrong the nbrhoods in that area are hella cool, its all older houses around there where every house and every block is different then the next not like all the newer houses that all look the same, they dont make nbrhoods like that anymore i love that area, im looking for a place to rent right now and am now looking to rent in that area if I can find something. Also its close to downtown and most places are no more then 10-15min away...
I would have preferred a full size fridge but the mini fridge that was provided we made work just fine.

The living space was nice and clean, perfect for what we needed.
It was really hard to find, and the parking made it difficult for loading and unloading our luggage.

I'm not a complainer and i usually don't give bad reviews. However, my stay was very uncomfortable for several reasons: 1 major, large cock roaches in unit which was a nasty turn off. I had to leave the lights on to keep them away. I had to keep everything off the floor so i woun't bring these critters to my home because they might have got into my stuff. I ate out most of the time because i didn't want to take the chance of them getting into my food, great dissapoinment. I have a strong feeling this is not the first time. The entrance door bottom has a high rise where these critters can come in. Long narrow stairs, narrow space in alley to park, have to back out. Most the cock roaches.
