The location was excellent for my trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful with a problem I had. The continental breakfast was fine.
The parking in the basement is quite challenging. The entry is very narrow and would be quite a challenge for anything larger than a mid-sized SUV.

room was very clean and comfortable. my wife and I stayed for two nights while I had surgery.

Location - across the street from UC Davis where my husband was undergoing surgery
Easily able to extend my stay (though no credit when I left at 6 pm instead of overnight)
Bath Towels were in short supply and so small and thin they were practically useless
TV was flaky - couldn't get it out of an internet mode and too tired to complain
Toilet was slow to flush
Parking garage is ridiculously tight...I am glad we drove a mini
$$$$
