Located in Homewood, this charming house for $549 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy your next Lake Tahoe vacation at this beautiful, pet friendly home located in the Chamberlands neighborhood of Homewood. The property is located just two blocks from an excellent trail network. This quiet, immaculate, four bedroom home is a 15 minute walk to Lake Tahoe and the Chamberlands HOA; which provides a private sandy beach, pool and tennis courts. This 2 level home has a bright living area with lots of natural light, an open floor plan and ample windows to view the surrounding forest. Enjoy the cozy fireplace and massive 85" flat screen TV with every streaming option in the living room. Gather around the large table to seat your whole group or play board games with family and friends. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need to feed your crew, blend cool drinks, or bake some tasty treats. The living area opens to a large deck where you can relax on the outdoor sectional with a good book (there’s also a well stocked library) and listen to the gentle breeze wafting through the trees. Grill your favorite meals in the summer on the gas Weber grill and enjoy dinner al fresco on the outdoor table that seats 8. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the lower level, with generous storage in each bedroom, cozy down duvets and USB ports in nightstands and lamps to easily charge devices. There is a washer and dryer, and also a bonus room/office with adjustable stand-up desk and monitor, perfect for working during longer stays. The home also has the fastest WiFi available with extra routers to keep the signal strong. We know Tahoe is really a place to disconnect, but if you need to re-engage you certainly can. Drive up your EV - there's even a Tesla charger in the garage. Honestly, this is the full enchilada! Features: * Private HOA sandy beach, pool, tennis court access * Large deck * Gas burning fireplace * Bonus room/office * Pet friendly (maximum 2 dogs) * Tesla charger * 85” fully streaming TV * Located close to 2 major ski resorts Bedroom Configurations: All Four bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds Location: The house offers many amenities, including: Easy access to private beach, pool and tennis courts at Chambers Landing in summer 15 minute walk, bike or all-day free shuttle Launch all your toys off of Chambers Landing beach and pier and enjoy the new highly acclaimed Chambers Landing restaurant and Boat House bar 2 blocks from wilderness trailheads, with easy access to hiking and biking in summer, and snowshoeing, cross country and sledding in winter Nearby Tahoe bike trail and easy rentals of mountain bikes, SUPs, kayaks, skis and snowboards nearby 5 minutes from Homewood Ski Resort and short drive from Palisades/Alpine Meadows Ski Resorts - where many summer activities are also located. Olympic quality cross country trails at Ed Z'berg Sugar Pine Point State Park with spring/summer excursions to beaches and historical landmarks. Parking: Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or in the garage. No street parking per county ordinance Other things to Note: * Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access. * Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell. *Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. *Renters must be 25+ *Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults This is a non-smoking home. ***Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of electronically signed Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation*** TOT cert #: 83434 Permit #STR23-8021
