Welcome to “A Wave from It All,” a beautifully designed 2-bedroom beachfront condo in Sea Slope Estates, offering coastal elegance in a small, quiet complex with direct beach access just steps away. Located in the heart of Carlsbad Village, this home features two living rooms, a private patio, and an ocean-view balcony, all designed for relaxing and enjoying the coastal lifestyle within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafés. The condo comfortably sleeps 5 with a king primary suite (en-suite bath with walk-in shower), a queen bedroom (en-suite bath with tub/shower combo), and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, along with an in-unit washer and dryer and included beach gear such as towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Additional details include one reserved parking space, electronic lock entry, and check-in at 4 PM with check-out at 10 AM. Please note there is no central A/C, heat, or fireplace—cooling is provided by ocean breezes, ceiling fans, and a portable fan, with radiant heaters available for cooler nights.

This is a great property right on the beach and in walking distance to everything. The property was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the layout functional and spacious. They leave things other guests leave behind, like seasonings, oil, etc. which was really convenient. The beach in front was busy on the weekends but really empty on the weekdays. It was a very quiet unit, with other units being very respectful of the quiet time hours. Had an internet issue one day and Casago was very responsive, sending someone within an hour to fix it. Our vehicle would not fit in the assigned covered parking easily, but we had no problem finding parking up top using the provided pass. We will definitely stay here again.
