Extraordinary hotel , facilities, staff, all wow 🤩
Food was exceptional, got a fridge full of drinks champagne and other drinks , free of charge. Dinner was Michelin star quality, breakfast is either Japanese or western style- both outstanding as well. Mount Fuji view. All 10/10.

Our stay was absolutely brilliant! The rooms and facilities are immaculate, the staff are so professional and helpful and the meals were out of this world ! The exquisite meals were by far the best we have had in Japan and beautifully presented. I would give this establishment 11 out of 10 if I could !

Not only the room is very spacious, the indoor onsen and sauna are very comfortable and spacious too.
