Easy check in, friendly staff
Not very clean, dust and grime in corners, baseboards, doors, bathroom fan covered in dust so was the air contionner. Floors hadn't been swept, got sand under my feet so couldn't walk barefoot.

The breakfast isn't fabulous but given that it's free, it was much appreciated. Also, the staff were very helpful.

It was close to the Fredrecton airport and the room was fairly big. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made an earlier check-in possible, which was very nice.
But the buildings looked much nicer in the pics. It is in need of a serious new coat of paint inside and out. I think the carpets are original (which is scary) and I had to trust that the bed was clean. The linens felt very satiny so they definitely weren't cotton. The TV was small. Considering what I paid, I expected more.
