First the location. It couldn't be more central and this was fantastic. Plus parking was super simple. I thought it was a great room overall. It is serviced apartments, not a hotel and there were no staff on hand - but a number to call. The room was reasonably quiet and well stocked with amenities plus the bed was pretty comfortable.
When we got there I couldn't get a room key to work, and the "contact us" was not answered, luckily we were able to get another one working, but it didn't leave me with confidence that if an actual problem arose, it would be dealt with. There was no air-con and in a heat wave this meant the room was horribly warm, as we couldn't even open the windows. Also, there was a large stain in the carpet which someone had clearly attempted to clean, but hadn't.

Location, size of room and general facilities. Bathroom was clean and modern
Bit disconcerting no staff about. However we experienced a fire alarm in the building caused by alarm going off in another room. I ended up dialling 999 as could not immediayley get response from fire board number or the tel no on the back of the room door( for which I had to renter the building to find) however staff returned call a few times as the alarm was dealt with by the fire brigade.

Very modern style and in a great location
Little to no staff, given the price the amenities weren't great, a large ugly stain and no house keeping.
