Very modern interior. Very clean . Good position to visit Oxford city centre and on the banks of the Thames. Staff were helpful and wanted you to enjoy your time there. Voco mixed the old Manor House with the modern interior exceptionally well.
We only had one issue with a cold Sunday roast meal , which the hotel sorted out instantly with a credit for the meals.

The food was very good. Price for our 4 night stay, dinner bed and breakfast, good value. Breakfast very good. All the staff were friendly and most helpful
I would have liked a jacuzzi, but a lovely pool.

The main room with bar is very lovely
Need more help in the bar as drinks take a long time,
Also there was a lady pushing a catering trolley through whilst we were queuing up to check in , my dad had to quickly step back and let her through and stools on my mums toes and broke her big toenail nearly completely off as she had open toe shoes as she was dressed up ready for my daughters graduation , there was blood all over her foot , I don’t think the staff new what to do , I had to ask for a plaster and tissues etc and her shoes was all covered in blood , since this my mum had to go to the hospital yesterday to get this treated she now has to have it dressed everyday and not allowed to get it wet so a bit more help and a apology would have been nice

The proximity to the town center was great as only a short 10 minute uber ride.
The constant waiting. You want to go to the spa no one there call the number provided no one there, you want the bill in the restaurant or an extra drink all the staff are congregated around the hostess desk. Additionally mentioned it was a first anniversary and it was not mentioned at all, not at the reception on check in or departure . Not at the two dinner reservations that we had at the Napier restaurant.
