Very modern, comfortable hotel.
Fantastic location 25 mins from City centre.
The windows (sash) would not stay open.
We like fresh air ...the receptionist explained it was for safety.
There was a very efficient air con unit which helped keep room cool

Good air conditioning, clean modern room
No breakfast even though it’s kind of expensive; pretty early checkout time; Our sink drained so slowly that it overflowed when I wasn’t looking; I had to use all my towels to absorb the water; they didn’t replace the towels when they cleaned the room, so I had to remind them

Clean bathroom, decent location, excellent aircon.
This felt like a budget hotel charging standard prices. Double room had the bed against the wall, so not easy for one person to get out without disturbing the other and obviously no bedside table on that side. Previous occupants must have had pastries in the room as there were crumbs/flakes on the floor around the table, plus food leftovers in the fridge. Sheets were marked - but seemed clean so hopefully washed and just stained. Blind was broken so had to prop it open to let light in. For £145 per night I expected better.
