Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che era pulito in tutto l'appartamento, la zona comodissima siccome si trova in centro e tutto è raggiungibile a piedi.
Le scale all'intero sono un po' scomode soprattutto per i bambini, cossichè anche quelle per raggiungere l'appartamento.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top! Nahe Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel etc. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung ideal. Bad und Küche sind gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage in jedem Raum ist Gold wert!
Wir sind als Familie mit 5 Personen gereist. Die 5. Person hat auf dem Ausziehsofa geschlafen. Dieses ist eher unbequem und wenn es ausgezogen ist, bleibt sehr sehr wenig Platz sich in der Wohnung zu bewegen. Die Türe zum Schlafzimmer ist verstellt und der Tisch mit den Stühlen kann nicht mehr benutzt werden.

Location was great. Within a few minutes walking distance of plaza Mayor.
Really clean and tidy apartment. Very small but had all you needed for a short break. The host was great with communication and sent us all we needed before we arrived.
Apartment was on the fourth floor with no lift, which could be a challenge if you had small children or elderly.
The address was hard to find, the taxi driver from the airport dropped us off a little walk away and we had to ask for directions a few times. A sign on the door would help massively.

La ubicación es lo mejor del apartamento, si quieres estar en el centro de Madrid para hacer turismo. Zona de los Austrias, a un paso de la Plaza Mayor. Utilicé la lavadora, el tendedero portátil y la plancha y todo muy bien.
Es demasiado pequeño. Nosotros solo estuvimos tres personas, pero si dicen que caben seis, estarían como sardinas en lata.
