Great stay and great company. Mr Upul gave us excellent service during our stay at Luminar sky lounge. Pool was perfect and family room also magnificent. I would highly recommend this place. It’s worth for the price.

Everything except the reception staff. Only one gentleman at the reception staff was professional and polite and his name is Upul Shantha.
Highly frustrating experience. First, a reception staff member argued about my Genius discount and refused to honor the rate shown on my app. Even after his manager confirmed I should pay the app rate, the staff member remained argumentative. While I spoke Sinhalese and English, he persisted in speaking to the manager in Tamil, which felt dismissive and hindered a resolution.
Additionally, on our final day, my partner and other guests waited 15 to 20 minutes at reception despite ringing the bell multiple times. She arrived at 10:15 for the free breakfast (available until 10:30), but because the staff was late to show up, they tried to blame her and claim she was late. This level of insubordination and lack of basic hospitality is unacceptable.

Bien placé. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Service de taxi/tuktuk disponible .
Trop bruyant (les gens et le personnel parlent fort et rigolent dans les zones communes, musique forte le matin, bruit de vaisselle…) , tard la nuit et tôt le matin. Surtout si votre chambre est au Rez de chaussée. J’ai dû demander du silence à 2h du matin pour enfin pouvoir dormir.
